Approach
Digital configuration and parametric model decisions were developed in parallel, allowing each prototype to improve the interface and the object.
Result
A compact example of First Matter's central promise: the same idea carried cleanly from screen to finished matter.
Process
An early off-white FDM prototype with visible layer lines and loose modular parts. 
A close tolerance check where the printed upright meets the slotted base rail.
Finishing
The last ten percent changes the whole object.
